Responsibilities

• Report to Project Director
• Lead the Design of Building M&E Services
• Conceptualize M&E designs and execute the project with the detailed designs.
• Manage and engage client/consultant/ contractors and local authorities to drive project execution, submission to authorities and overall on-site construction supervision.
• Tender / Contract administration
• Supervise Construction

Requirements

• Engineering Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
• At least 10 years’ experience with minimum of 8 years’ experience in a M&E consulting Engineers’ firm
• A team player with proven organisational, management and leadership skills

Support Provided 

• Engineers will be assigned to Assoicate to lead, guide and mentor
• Designers, Revit modellers and CAD drafters will be assigned to Associate for drawings support and producing detailed design

Requirements

• A recognised university degree Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or Building Services
• At least 3 to 6 years’ of relevant experience in design and implementation of building services
• Strong team-working, communication and interpersonal skills. Able to build good working relationships with client and key stakeholders
• Open to opportunities to be trained on a wide range of technical and management topics
• Good interpersonal, communication and technical skills
• Fresh graduate will be considered for Engineer position

Requirements

• Diploma in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Building Service or ITE graduate with experience in design/drafting of M&E Building Services
• Relevant working experience
• AutoCAD skill is essential; Knowledge of Revit MEP is required
• Good fundamental electrical / mechanical engineering knowledge, good analytical, interpersonal and communication skills
